By now anyone should be able to print PDF files locally. Select "print" from your browser menu or press "Strg+P" on your keyboard. When prompted, choose "save as PDF" or select a virtual PDF printer from your printer menu ... (if configured).
Note that this will generate a print version with white background ... as would printing on paper. This PDF "printout" should be as navigable as the website (depending on the PDF version you're using).
If you are unable to convert locally (on whatever device) use one of these free online HTML to PDF conversion services:
http://www.html-to-pdf.net/ (still the best, hence the short list)
- Requires active JavaScript!
- Copy the entire URI of the site you want to convert.
- Paste the URI into the form provided by http://www.html-to-pdf.net/ and PRESS the 'Convert to PDF' link. (Hitting 'enter' might not work.)
- Wait for the PDF to download/open.
- Save.
